DE AND DS Projects 2 (Pty) Ltd is a 100% black-owned, B-BBEE compliant civil and general construction company headquartered in Potchefstroom, North West. Founded and steered by Mr. Delco Elvis Ngomane, the company is built on a foundation of technical excellence, integrity, and a deep commitment to infrastructure development across South Africa.

With a robust CIDB grading of 6CE PE, 6GB PE and 3SO PE, we are fully equipped and accredited to handle large-scale civil engineering works, general building contracts and specialised subcontracting services. Our grading reflects our capacity to undertake projects of significant value and complexity, ensuring we remain a trusted partner for both public and private sector clients.
